Changed your mind? Cancel within 14 days of delivery, then send the item back within 14 days.
We refund the item and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back. Return postage is yours.
Faulty or not as described? Full refund within 30 days of delivery; after that, a repair, price reduction or refund. We pay the return.
Wear described in the listing is part of a vintage piece, not a fault.

Import VAT applies to every order; customs duty and a carrier fee may also apply. They are not included in our price and are paid to the carrier on delivery.
Changed your mind? Withdraw within 14 days using "Withdraw from contract here" on our Returns page, then send the item back within 14 days.
We refund the item and our least expensive standard delivery within 14 days. We may wait until the item is back with us. Return postage is yours.
Faulty or not as described? You have a legal guarantee: repair, price reduction or refund. We pay the return.
Don't want to pay import charges? Tell us you are withdrawing. Do not just refuse the parcel.
Refused parcel back with us: we refund you less the cost of its return, and less the original delivery if you did not withdraw.
Parcel abandoned or destroyed by customs: no refund.

No duty-free allowance: every parcel, of any value, may be charged duties and tariffs, plus the carrier's brokerage fee. You pay these to the carrier before delivery.
Tariffs are set by the US government and can change at short notice. We cannot tell you the exact amount in advance.
Returns: contact us first. A 10% restocking fee may apply to voluntary returns.
